Pastor Douglas Mullen Sr. was born in Milford, Delaware; he is the youngest of 12 siblings. On August 16, 2017, the Pastor and First Lady were united in holy matrimony. Pastor Mullen has five daughters, two sons, and eight grandchildren.

In the year 2000, Pastor Doug’s life was changed for ever-he received the gift of salvation at Fresh Fire Worship Center (Farmington DE) under the auspices of Pastor Marion Kilgo. In 2001, God led Pastor Doug to God’s House of Deliverance Ministries (G.H.O.D) where he became a member under the leadership of Pastor Michael Thompson; while there he served in many offices including that of Deacon, and Minister. He was ordained an Elder in 2008. 

After completing his mission at G.H.O.D in 2016, Pastor Doug fellowshipped with Pastor Herbert Mullen III at New Generation Consuming Fire Church (Ellendale, DE) until 2020, when the Lord directed him to establish Strong Tower Ministries Inc.

God has bestowed Pastor Mullen with many gifts and talents. He is a Worship and Praise leader, anointed singer, preacher and teacher. God has blessed Pastor Doug with the ability to interpret and simplify the Word of God for everyone to understand. Pastor Mullen knows that God has called him to win the lost at any cost; especially encouraging those who doubt and feel unworthy of salvation. He teaches that salvation is free and available to everyone if they just believe and receive the promises of God. God has appointed him to be that true light to the world that Christ talked about.

When asked what he enjoys most in the service of the Lord, Pastor Doug replied, “I truly must say I love seeing people gain their freedom through receiving salvation. There is nothing more fulfilling than someone being healed, delivered and truly set free. Also being able to show people that there is a story behind every scare. Look at mine!”

Evangelist Mullen was born in Somers Point, New Jersey; she is the middle child of three. Evangelist Mullen has had careers in Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Special Education and Transportation.

She moved to Delaware in 2005. Evangelist Gail is the proud mother of two daughters and one son. She is the beloved grandmother of five. In August 2017, she was wed to Elder Douglas Mullen Sr. This union extended her family to welcome four more daughters, another son and three more grandchildren.

March 1987, Evangelist Gail received the gift of the Holy Ghost at Morning Star Holiness Church [Pleasantville, NJ], under the auspices of Bishop Reuben Smith Sr. She served as a Missionary at the Seventh Day Church of Deliverance under the leadership of Bishop Mary L. Alexander. She was consecrated as a Minister at Morning Star Holiness Church in 2012. In 2020, She was ordained as an Evangelist at Strong Tower Ministries Inc., where she is also the First Lady.

Evangelist Gail truly loves serving the Lord. Altar call and worshipping in the trueness of God, are her greatest passions. She also delights in being a vessel for her Heavenly Father and sharing HIS messages with the people.

Evangelist Mullen believes that God has commissioned her to evangelize all over the country, preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To win the lost at any cost, and to minister to broken men and women the love of God so that they may be drawn to Christ, and surrender their total being to Him. To minister to lost souls behind the prison walls. To go into the hospitals, nursing homes, school systems and let people know that somebody cares about and is praying for them. To pray the prayers of faith, and war against the Enemy-the Devil. She wants to love the people in our communities “back to life”. To speak what her Heavenly Father says and she exclaims “when HE is done, I am done”!  

 Evangelist Amoscita was born in Philadelphia, PA. She is the daughter of the (late) Overseer L.M.McClain and (late) Pastor V.H. Robinson; founders of Emmanuel’s Temple of Deliverance in Philadelphia PA. At the young age of 10 years old Amoscita was appointed as a “Youth Missionary” because she loved telling anybody about the goodness of God. As she grew in God’s grace, she became a Sunday School Teacher, Youth Administrator, President of the Youth Choir, Praise Dance Team Choreographer and Special Assistant to the Pastor. 

She is a scholar, she loves education-she obtained a Masters Degree in Education from La Salle University. She was even invited to study at Oxford University in England. She was a high school teacher in the Philadelphia School District and she was an Administrator of an alternative education program. She also started a tutor program at her church for children and adults. Amoscita loves the fine arts and music. She also loves animals, especially dogs. She is very fashionable, and stylish which she accredits to her mother. 

The Lord blessed Amoscita when she met her best friend, and future husband, Malachi Rodriguez in 2001. They were wed in holy matrimony in 2010. They moved to Delaware in 2011.  In 2015 Amoscita was ordained a Minister at Life Changing Worship Changing Center under the auspices of Pastor Mark LeMon; she was also inducted into the American Ministers Association.  Amoscita’s favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me”.

Deacon Malachi Rodriguez was born in Manhattan, New York and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He is the youngest of 5 siblings and he has a twin brother. Deacon Malachi has always enjoyed studying world history, languages, fine arts and entertainment. At a young age Malachi moved to Philadelphia to become an entrepreneur; he opened a small grocery store. He later changed his career path and worked in the business and health Care industries. It was at Blockbuster Video Store, where he met his future bride, Amoscita.  Amoscita invited him to church, and Malachi developed a deep admiration for the preaching and teaching of (late) Overseer L.M. McClain. After only a few visits, he joined Emmanuel’s Temple of Deliverance. He was an Usher and a Deacon in Training. In 2008, he began his career as a Residential Advisor with Resources for Human Development-where he is still employed. In 2010, he wed his best friend for life, Amoscita. 

Deacon Malachi loves studying the Word of God. He had formal training in reading and speaking Hebrew. His favorite Bible passage is Psalm 23, because he knows that the Lord has kept and protected him all the days of his life.

When they moved to Delaware, Deacon Malachi and Evangelist Amoscita prayed, and asked God to send them to a church where they could freely worship Him and continue their spiritual growth as they helped upbuild God’s kingdom. God allowed their paths to cross with Pastor and First Lady Mullen. They were humbled and honored when these leaders asked them to join the Strong Tower Ministries Inc. family. They were both ordained in 2020, by Pastor Doug Mullen. Therefore, the creation of the “STM Dream (Leadership) Team”.
